Next is 1/2 hour of gymnastic games and contests with party instructor, ending with a ribbon ceremony for guests and medal award for birthday child. Party Upgrades:
Jumping, bouncing, twisting, turning, playing, and a lot of moving are involved in our birthday parties. For
safety reasons, the following is recommended:
1. Shorts and t-shirts with no buttons or zippers
2. Girls may wear a leotard with no skirt attached
3. No socks or shoes
4. Girls with long hair must have it in a pony tail
5. No jewelry
6. Please make sure all birthday party guests are aware of the dress code.
7. Parents may wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
Have a Special Guest?
If you want a “special appearance” by your child’s favorite character, please be sure to notify World Class
Gymnastics & Cheerleading so that we can plan accordingly. The “special guest” must observe the same
safety rules as all other adults and will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating in the party.
Party Rules and Policies
It is our goal to provide you and your child with a great party in a safe environment. We ask that you and
your guests please abide by the following safety rules:
1. Parents / adults are NOT permitted on the floor or gymnastics equipment, even if they have
gymnastic experience.
2. A waiver must be signed for each child by the parent and turned in on the day of the party.
3. Children younger that 3 years must stay with parents in the front lobby area or with a babysitter.
4. If you have hired a “special guest” they must sign a waiver.
5. Food and drinks are not permitted in the gym area. Party area and lobby only please.
6. No alcohol beverages are allowed in the facility or on the property.
7. No smoking allowed.
8. Parents are NOT allowed to coach their child or guests.
9. You must exit the party area no later than 15 minutes past the end of the party time to allow for
the next party.
10. Payment is based on the number of participants confirmed by you the week of the party. If
additional participants attend, the fee will be adjusted but not if fewer attend.
11. The deposit is non-refundable if the party is cancelled. You may change party days with a 2
week notice without penalty.
12. The party director will go over the rules at the time of the party.
- An additional 30 minutes of gym time is available for $50. You must abide by the time allotted for the
party unless the additional time is added. If you stay longer than the allotted time, you may be charged an
additional 1/2 hour fee. - Our birthday parties are scheduled for 2 hours. The first hour is an extravagant amount fun using obstacle
courses, tumble track, trampoline, foam pit and more. Next is a half hour of gymnastic games and contests
with the party instructor, ending with a ribbon ceremony for the guests and medal award for the birthday
child. After this fun filled time, our birthday party area is set up for cake and refreshments. Lastly, it is
time to open gifts. Our staff will lead the birthday child and guests in an exciting birthday party. Our parties
are well organized with efficient staff to handle the party details. You just sit back and enjoy watching your
child and friends have fun! - Parties are offered on the following days and times on Saturdays only:
- 1:30pm to 3:30pm
- 4:00pm to 6:00pm
- This time includes a 2 hour party led by our party staff. The number of party staff is based on the number
of participants.
