Boys gymnastic classes consists of instruction on Olympic size
apparatus. This one hour class includes instruction on trampoline,
tumble track, the floor exercise, vault, rings, bars, and other
equipment. Strength conditioning is incorporated as a vital part of
the boys curriculum.
Classes are kept at a low student/teacher ratio. This allows more
individualized attention from instructors. Classes may vary
according to the age and ability of the child.
