Our boys gymnastic classes consists of instruction on Olympic size
apparatus. This weekly 1 hour class includes instruction on vault,
rings, parallel bars, high bar, pommel horse, floor as well as
trampoline and tumble track. Strength conditioning is incorporated
as a vital part of the boys curriculum.
*Each class is kept to a low student/teacher ratio allowing students
to have more individualized attention with their instructor. Classes
are taught with an advancing lesson plan. This allows instructors to
keep track of the student's progress and meet their individual
needs.
