Competition Teams

World Class Gymnastics features a range of instruction from beginning though
advanced gymnastics. We provide quality instruction for those interested in
recreational gymnastics as well as those who wish to pursue competition.

Our team coaches consists of former level 10 and collegiate gymnasts. Each coach is
certified through USA gymnastics in addition to their many years of competitive
gymnastics training.

Girls Competitive Team:
We have competitive girls gymnastics teams beginning at Level 2 (our Dream Team)
and advancing thought the Optional Levels. Our competitive gymnasts are selected
based on skill, ability, maturity, and capability. Gymnasts compete in AAU sanctioned
meets for Levels 2 & 3. Beginning at Level 4 through the optional levels, the gymnasts
compete in the Fall or Spring, depending on the level, in USA Gymnastics sanctioned
meets.

Boys Competitive Team:
Our boys program consists of the levels of gymnastics that correspond to the USA
Gymnastics skills. Our beginning levels introduce the gymnast to the 6 basic men's
gymnastic events: Vault, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, High Bar, Rings, and Floor
Exercise. Every few months our instructors evaluate the gymnast and select those boys
who show skill, ability, maturity, and capability. Gymnasts compete in AAU and/or
USA Gymnastics sanctioned meets.

Gymnastics is a developmental sport. Coaches determine when the gymnast advances
to the next level based on a variety of factors. Gymnasts are not moved up to the next
level based upon parent/athlete request nor upon other athletes ability. As they
progress through the skill levels, the gymnast will develop their flexibility, posture,
balance, and strength as well as their physical confidence. We believe that each child
should progress at their own speed.
