| Dream Team Gymnastics |
Each Fall and Spring students are hand selected from our gymnastics classes to join the Dream
Team. This selection is based upon skill ability, maturity, and capability.
The Dream Team consists of 2 hour classes twice a week and includes advanced instruction in
the uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercises, and vault. This introductory team level
is designed to prepare the gymnast for the competitive skills needed for team gymnastics. The
gymnast must be at least 4 years old to be invited onto this team. They will compete in AAU
competitions as Levels 2 and 3 in the Spring and/or Fall.
We have USA competitive teams beginning at Level 4 and advancing through the optional
levels.
